Please read our shipping and return information carefully. These policies are non-negotiable.
Shipping
Low Order Fee:
A $7.00 Charge is added to orders less than $9.50 Please order at least $9.50.
Shipping:
We Ship UPS only - Your address MUST be shippable by UPS. This means that we cannot
ship to a PO Box.
We ship anywhere in the USA. Sorry, NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. This includes Canada + Europe (See Below for more information).
UPS Ground is the most affordable shipping option. Next Day, 2 Day, and 3 Day shipping are also available. Generally, all orders placed before 3pm PST
will ship on the same day that they are placed. If an order does not ship on the same day that it
was placed, it will ship on the following business day.
If you require a signature for delivery, or have specific delivery instructions, please write them in the
notes field of your order. We will do our best to make sure they are included with the delivery instructions.
Local pickups from our retail store in Bellevue, WA are also available; Please choose the "Local Pickup" option when choosing your shipping
method. There is no fee for local pickup.
International Shipping:
Vetco does not ship outside of the United States at this time. If you know someone in the US who is able to forward your package we are happy to ship your order to them.
Shipping Quotes:
Shipping rates are calculated by UPS in real time on a per-zip-code basis, you do not need to create an account in
order to get shipment rates. To get pricing for your order's available shipping options:
1) Add the items you wish to get a quote on to your shopping cart.
2) While in your shopping cart, input your ZIP code into the Shipping Estimator box and press the 'UPDATE' button.
3) A page with pricing information for all available services to your location will be presented.
Backorders
Please Note: We make no 'In-Stock' Guarantees when you place your order. If you need to check availability of a specific item, please contact us before your place your order.
Although it is a rare occurrence, Vetco will occasionally have no stock on an item that you order.
If this happens, your order will be placed in 'backorder' status, and we will attempt to fill
it as soon as possible. Typically, most backorders are filled in 15-30 days.
In the event that an item is out of stock, we will attempt to contact you via email or telephone and
inform you of the situation. If we are unable to contact you, or we do not get a response from you,
it will be assumed that the order is still valid, and it will be held in 'backorder' status until
it can be completely filled. We will only charge your credit card once the order has been completely
filled and is prepared to ship. It is up to you to inform us if your order or backorder needs to be
cancelled! If we do not hear from you, we will assume that the order is still valid. You also
have the option to partially ship an order if it is in backorder status. Shipment fees will be
assessed separately with each partial order shipment.

Returns
Return Policy for Online Orders:
All items sold from vetco.net include a 30 day warranty. Returns for non-defective items are
accepted within 30 days of shipping for a 15% restocking fee. Items must be returned in the condition they were
sold to you in. Sorry, opened, unwrapped or unraveled cables are non-returnable, no exceptions.
To make arrangements to return a product, please call or email for more information. Shipping
charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for any return shipping charges on non-defective items.
